Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, seasonal demand, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Where available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch so you can follow your delivery.

Emahesa cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

For custom-size or made-to-order mattresses, processing and delivery times may vary slightly depending on production requirements.

Estimated timelines will be communicated clearly where applicable.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

For UK deliveries, no customs duties or import charges apply.
